What stores are available for Click & Collect?

What is the minimum order value for Click & Collect?
Our current minimum order value is £40.
What is the 'Hand-picked For You' fee?
Our approach differs in relation to the picking process when compared to a standard Click & Collect Service. Our products are picked and packed by hand, then delivered to store with care via our distribution partner. This ensures maximum freshness, availability and choice from a number of our valued suppliers.
As a result we do charge our small ‘Hand-picked For You’ fee of £5 per order. This is added on to your basket at the checkout.
What if I have a damaged item?
Please call our Customer Care Team who will be able to advise and assist.
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately it is not currently possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order you will need to let us know 5 business days (Monday to Friday) in advance of your chosen collection date by calling our Customer Care Team. Contact details are available under the contact us section of this website.
Do you offer substitute items?
We do not currently offer substitute items at this time. If for any reason a product is unavailable we will issue an automatic refund.
How do I get a refund?
If you would like to query a refund please call our Customer Care Team who will be able to advise and assist.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
All you need to bring is your order number and provide our Colleagues with your name.
What happens if I can’t collect my order?
Please phone through to our Customer Care Team who will be able to support and advise. We do ask that you notify us if you are unable to make your collection slot.
Can I collect Membership points?
You can login as a member and collect your Membership points as if you were in one of our Food Stores.
What are the Customer Care Team call centre hours?
The Customer Care Team are available 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
