Chocolate Eton Mess

Takes: 10 minutes to prepare

Tip: For a grown up version soak the strawberries in Tia Maria before adding to the Eaton mess

Ingredients

Double Cream, Lightly Whipped (jess's Ladies)  1 tbsp
Greek yogurt 1
Strawberries, hulled and chopped (Mudwalls)  2
Giant chocolate meringues, crushed (from Flower & white)  3 cm
Fairtrade dark chocolate, grated 1 tbsp
Sprigs mint 1 tbsp

Method

Mix the cream and yogurt together in a bowl then gently fold in the strawberries and crushed meringue.

Spoon into four wine glasses then decorate with grated chocolate and a sprig of mint.
